Product Introduction

Copolymer rubber‑plastic material, also known as NBR‑PVC alloy blend, is high‑molecular composite material made by melt‑copolymer blending of nitrile‑butadiene rubber (NBR) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC). It is the core raw material for rubber‑plastic insulation tubes for split air‑conditioners. Two polymers achieve molecular‑level compatibility, combining high elasticity of rubber and flame‑retardant & weather‑resistant merits of plastic. Further processed by vacuum microcrystal closed‑cell foaming, it becomes elastomeric thermal‑insulation material widely used in HVAC industry.

Key Advantages

  1. Balanced Flexibility & Mechanical Strength NBR provides high flexibility and bending resistance, no cracking under repeated bending. PVC improves tear‑resistance and compression resistance, resisting flattening for complex pipeline routing.
  2. Excellent Fire‑retardant Performance Inherent flame‑retardant property from PVC component. Complies with GB 8624‑B1 flame‑retardant grade, low‑smoke & halogen‑free, meets fire‑safety requirement for building HVAC projects.
  3. Outstanding Aging & Ozone Resistance Overcome the weakness of pure NBR against ozone aging. Moisture‑proof & UV‑resistant, low shrinkage & cracking risk for long‑term indoor & outdoor service.
  4. Premium Base for Closed‑cell Foaming Perfect for vacuum microcrystal foaming process. Forms fine uniform closed‑cell structure, low thermal conductivity and low water‑vapor permeability for stable thermal insulation & anti‑condensation performance.
  5. Easy Color Customization Integral coloring available for red, blue, black and other colors. Color‑coded tubes help installers distinguish high/low‑pressure refrigerant pipes for split air‑conditioners.
  6. Eco‑friendly & Safe Low‑smoke halogen‑free formulation, free of formaldehyde and toxic volatile substances, safe for household indoor air‑conditioning systems.

Application Scope

Household split air‑conditioners, commercial multi‑split units, central air‑conditioning, refrigeration equipment, HVAC pipeline thermal insulation & noise reduction.
