B1‑grade cross‑scrim aluminum‑foil faced elastomeric rubber‑plastic insulation tube adopts closed‑cell NBR nitrile‑rubber foam as base material, externally laminated with cross‑scrim reinforced aluminum‑foil facing. Pre‑cut longitudinal slit enables convenient on‑site wrapping. Reinforced foil provides thermal insulation, vapor‑barrier and UV‑protection, widely used for pipelines under ceiling, machine‑rooms and semi‑outdoor conditions.

1.Thermal Insulation & Condensation Prevention 

Closed‑cell foam features low thermal conductivity, blocks heat exchange and prevents pipe‑wall condensation to cut energy loss.

2.Excellent Vapor‑Barrier Performance 

Dense cross‑scrim aluminum‑foil layer inhibits water‑vapor penetration and protects inner foam layer for longer service life.

3.Tear‑Resistant & Weather‑Aging Resistance 

Interlaced mesh fibers inside foil enhance tear‑resistance and impact‑resistance. Resist UV radiation and acid‑alkali corrosion for semi‑outdoor and humid ceiling environment.
